2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping method you select. The exact cost of shipping will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.
- Standard Shipping: Typically ranges from $5.99 to $15.99 based on the weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: Prices for expedited shipping range from $15.99 to $30.99.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $40.00 or more, depending on the size and weight of the order.
In addition to shipping fees, applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $100, standard shipping charges will apply. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times for each method are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day from the date of shipment.
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, shipping location, and product availability. While we strive to meet the delivery estimates provided, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control.
5. International Shipping
Currently, CoolerHeatMavel only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options, and we hope to offer delivery to additional countries soon. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us for information on when international shipping will be available.
6. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on the CoolerHeatMavel website are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Currently, CoolerHeatMavel ships only to residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international addresses. If you provide an invalid or undeliverable address, we may be unable to process your order and will contact you to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order.
9. Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, shipping delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
